ABA is housed in its own beautiful campus having multistoried buildings located at the heart of Balasore Town. Balsore is a growing industrial city in and around of North Orissa. The region has the highest literacy rate in the state with promising business organizations like Birla Tyres, Ispat Alloys, Polar latex, Oriplast, IOC, Emami Group and many others. Besides the Govt. of India owned defense establishment, Interim Test Range (ITR) for testing missiles such as Agni, Prithivi, Trisul etc. is also functioning. Balasore coast enjoys fantastic seashore. ABA is well connected by roads and railways. One can reach Balasore easily by making a journey of only 31/2 hours from Jamshedpur, Calcutta and Bhubaneswar on rails. The Campus of the Academy is only at a distance of 3 Kms. from the railway station and having adequate conveyance facility.
