Internship drive (2.2..2026)

The HRD Team of Sellopedia conducted a Internship drive at the Academy of Business Administration (ABA), Balasore on 2nd February, 2026 and selected 5 candidates for employment opportunities. The selection process was carried out in three stages to ensure a comprehensive evaluation of the students. The program began with a campus presentation where the company representatives introduced the organization, explained the job roles, required skills, and career growth opportunities, followed by an interactive session with the students. This was followed by a written examination designed to assess the candidates’ aptitude, technical knowledge, and communication skills. In the final stage, shortlisted candidates appeared for a one-to-one personal interview that included HR interaction, technical assessment, and situational discussions. The drive provided valuable exposure to students and helped the organization identify capable and suitable candidates.
