An Industrial Visit to Emami Paper Mills Ltd, Balasore was organized by the MBA Department of Academy of Business Administration (ABA) on 18 February 2026. The visit was arranged with the objective of providing students with practical exposure to industrial operations and bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world business practices. During the visit, students had the opportunity to observe various stages involved in the paper manufacturing process, including raw material handling, pulping, processing, and packaging. The officials of the company explained the production techniques, quality control measures, and modern technologies used in the plant. Students also learned about supply chain management, environmental sustainability practices, and safety standards followed in the industry. The industrial visit proved to be an enriching learning experience as it enhanced the students’ understanding of large-scale manufacturing operations and gave them insights into the functioning of a leading paper manufacturing company.
