A part from imparting the curriculum of professional courses the academy has put continuous endeavor for the development of society by establishing a separate NGO using “Centre For Rural Development (CRD)”. Since inception CRD has been organizing various social activities viz., Blood Donation Camp Health check-up-camp, computer literacy program, social afforstaion and also sponsoring rural projects to the small NGOs in rural areas. CRD organized regional seminar on Human Development sponsored by Planning Commission and UNDP.

Academy has proposed to open an NSS unit shortly with approval from F.M. University, Balasore.

Our Students are evaluate on their study of the wide range of vital subjects which have Been designed by the FMU and BPUT under the guidance of the AICTE to make them Competent professionals.
The total approach including extra curricular activities aim at all round development of The students through:

· Team Work
Learning how to work in small team is a very important aspect of our Academic activities. This emphasis facilitates the development of Interpersonal skill, Which are critical in today's business environment. The sense of camaraderie is further fostered by the small size of the Programme.

· Balance between the cases & lecture
The programmes believe that the analysis should supplement the relevant theoretical inputs. All the courses in our programme use a judicious blend of cases and lectures. So that the students can apply the tools they have learnt.

· Field Projects
All students are required to take up field projects with the organizations. These exercises expose the students to the issues of the real world of Business .

· Learning through Experience
Experiments and role plays are encouraged to make the students Understand the underlying concepts better in courses such as Quality Management. Organisational Behaviour, & core areas of management. Students learn the nuance of implementation of managerial concepts and their application in newer domain.

· The summer internship & Dissertation
The students are required to complete summer projects in the first
Year in general field of management and dissertation in their area of
Specialization during the second year of the study. These internships
allow the students to understand and handle the issues relating to the
important aspects of the management.

Extracurricular activities:
The institutes takes a great interest in extra curricular activities for the all round development of the students. Students are exposed to Yogic Science through scheduled classes for better health and efficient brain management. Business and cultural activities are sponsored by the institutes and the students take active part in all such activities. The students have also brought glory to the institute by participating in various such cultural events, business quiz and festivals for the youth in the national and international level.
